Step 6: Rim Rolling
After the cups are formed, the top edge (rim) of each cup is rolled to reinforce it and provide a smooth drinking surface. This step ensures that the cups are comfortable to use and prevents leakage.
Step 7: Quality Control and Packaging
Once the paper cups are formed and the rims rolled, they undergo quality control checks to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. Approved cups are then stacked, bundled, and packaged for distribution to customers.
